WriteProsa is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Email address: For account creation and communication
• Usage counts: For rate limiting and service improvement
• Subscription status: To manage your billing

Information We DON'T Collect

Your privacy is our top priority. We never store:

• Email content or messages you correct
• Personal information from corrected text
• Browsing history
• Text processed through our AI

How Your Data is Processed

When you use WriteProsa to correct text:

1. You select text in your browser
2. The text is sent to our secure API
3. Our AI provider (Google Gemini) processes the text
4. The corrected result is returned to you
5. The text is immediately deleted from our servers

We use Google Gemini, which has its own privacy policy. You can review it at https://policies.google.com/privacy

AI Training

We never train AI models on your data. Your writing is processed and deleted. Google Gemini's terms govern their use of data during processing, but WriteProsa does not retain any text for training purposes.

Data Storage and Retention

Text content is never stored. Only usage counts (number of corrections made) are logged for rate limiting purposes. This data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for billing and service delivery.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All data transmitted over HTTPS
• Secure authentication with encrypted tokens
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Input sanitization to prevent prompt injection

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini: AI processing service
• Cloudflare Pages: Website hosting
• Polar.sh: Payment processing (when implemented)

Each service has its own privacy policy that you should review.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your account information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data

Children's Privacy

WriteProsa is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
