• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent rate limiting
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Not use WriteProsa for illegal, harmful, or abusive content

Free Tier Usage

The free tier of WriteProsa includes:

• 10 corrections per month (resets on the 1st of each month)
• Basic writing actions (Fix, Professional, Friendly tone)
• Works on all supported websites

We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

Paid Subscriptions

The paid subscription tier of WriteProsa includes:

• Unlimited corrections
• All 7 tone/action options
• Summarization and expansion features
• 10 custom writing templates
• Priority support

Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with WriteProsa, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

WriteProsa Ownership: All WriteProsa software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by WriteProsa and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of any text you submit to WriteProsa for correction. You grant us a limited license to process your text solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Disclaimers and Warranties

WriteProsa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated corrections may not always be accurate or appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WriteProsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
